How to Stop Panic Attacks Fast?
Again, this is based on my experience with panic attacks but I know of others who have used the same method and it really works for them.
Identify your SAFE SPACE!
Sounds too simple to be true but it so works…
If you know you tend to have panic attacks in a certain location, room or space, then…
identify potential calm-down spots.
For me, I would get panic attacks when too many people were crammed into our small office.
It felt like I couldn’t breath and I can’t explain what the total feeling of dread actually felt like, maybe you’ve been feeling something similar?
But I learnt to spot the office filling up and then grab a notepad and pen, mutter something about a meeting and make my way to the restroom!
Taking myself out of that location and going to my ‘calm-down’ place would quickly return me to state of calm.
I found this to be a wonderful solution!
How about another great way to calm down from Panic Attacks by just using your phone?
